Called Zenner and Ritter When furnace went down over the last couple days. Immediate response with a decision to replace an older furnace. Jimmy Bird presented three options the best fit The cubic footage is of apartment that was to be heated. Knowledgeable and his answers in terms of add-ons regarding filtering and fitting the new furnace with air conditioning. That’s already there. The next day the company was there and the furnace installed by 5 o’clock. A nice quality Lennox furnace at a fair price with Various financing options. The only problem I ran into which was Minor was having to deal with the virtual assistant that they use when calling. I called back. It was always directed to their virtual assistant who said they would get back to me soon. They did get back to you soon. I’d rather just talk to the person

Great friendly crew. Cordial. Explained everything well and addressed my own mechanical curiosity without seeming annoyed. Looks great. They tested everything and helped my husband set up the phone app. This is how a business should be ran!

I scheduled an HVAC maintenance check and tune-up. The invoice said "surface cleaning of outdoor condenser coils" was included, but it’s clear the tech never even took off the grates. You can tell that’s old dust/pollen based on the color of it. So I basically paid $200 for them to change my air filter using one I already had and tell me everything looked fine. Now they won’t stop blowing up my phone with sales calls and texts. Definitely won’t be using them again. EDIT: 10/14/2025. This company uses fake reviews. Look at the flood of 5 star reviews that came in almost immediately after I posted this. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Our service provider Matt was absolutely amazing. With his 1st trip he diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts we needed. He promised that he would come back to repair as soon as parts arrived and he’s dispatched. Matt did exactly as he promised! He returned, fixed the issue in minimal time and explained what he did and why. Excellent service! He is why we will call you every time.

Matt accommodated our need to move our appointment for service on our tankless hot water heater to an earlier time of day. He was courteous and efficient with his cleaning and testing of our unit and provided information about upgrading it to include a filter to reduce scaling. He also addressed our concern for the exhaust emitting a smell of gas when the nearby windows were open. (A National Fuel representative had tested the air quality and said there was no danger, even though there was the odor in the family room when the windows were open). Matt said the air intake which was in the basement would be better if outside and the exhaust directed away from the house (the unit was installed in 2021 by another company).. I liked that plan. Finally, scaling removal in the unit would need another appointment as he didn't have the proper tools.

Dominic was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in testing every component of the heater to diagnose the problem. He was able to give me a quote and schedule the repair even on a Saturday. The communication from this company before during and after a call is phenomenal and you talk to actual people! I highly recommend this company. So far the pricing has been very competitive and no surprises.
