Our old over the range microwave was hard wired. Big Frog updated the wiring into a proper outlet and installed the new microwave. As always, excellent work for a very fair price. Just the right amount of customer service.

Big Frog Electric, was Awesome, timely and professional. I am extremely satisfied and the customer service was outstanding! I had home inspection issues that had to be addressed and they quickly identified and repaired all issues the same day and went above and beyond identifying and acquiring a broken switch cover. The team was extremely knowledgeable, professional and work was completed in such a short time! Pricing is extremely fair! I worked with Allen, Derek, Robert, and Marco. I needed a tv mounted to a stone fireplace while keeping all of the wires hidden and three Ring Floodlights installed. Not only did they have one of the most reasonable prices, but their attention to detail really pushed me into working with Big Frog. They listened to all of my concerns and provided solutions that were non invasive while giving me exactly what I wanted. Other electricians said they would have to cut holes everywhere and some didn't even show up for estimates, not the case with Big Frog. I would totally recommend them for all of your electrical needs and I will become a repeat customer.

Five Stars! I had a great experience with Robert at Big Frog Electric, who came to my home to inspect my Ring door camera and two bathroom outlets. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. After inspecting the door cam, he confirmed that it was functioning properly but recommended adding a chime for optimal use, which I appreciated. Robert also diagnosed my bathroom outlets and found them to be in perfect working order. He explained that one outlet was designed for safety purposes and had tripped to prevent any issues. I really valued his honesty and the time he took to explain everything in detail. I also pointed out a few other minor concerns, and Robert kindly addressed them all. He even covered an electrical outlet for added safety. Throughout the visit, he was personable, patient, and professional. It's refreshing to work with someone who is licensed and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. I highly recommend Robert for any electrical needs!

We had the best experience with Big Green Frog. After messaging them on Facebook, they came out promptly and gave us a quote the same day as the walk through for the two jobs that we needed. They were able to start very quickly and got the job done in just a few days. They were quick, professional, and did a wonderful job communicating with me along the way since I was not at the job site. Inspection with the city passed quickly and now waiting on GA Power to hook us up.
