Only 5 stars?! if I could give Josiah 10 stars I would. My older home had some real issues, and Josiah went above-and-beyond to resolve them all. He was generous with his time and knowledge, and went out of his way to finish my complex project on schedule. I found him to be honest and trustworthy, and I'm very pleased with his work. Will definitely use him again if needed
