We worked with New Chapter Home Improvement on an exterior paint job which turned out fantastic! Both on-site and office staff at New Chapter communicated with us regularly regarding updates about the project and did a final walk through with us when the project was over. When they noticed some window trim damage that needed repair they very transparent about the change orders and helped us avoid having to find another contractor to do that small repair work. We look forward to working with them again for future project needs.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with NCHI Services from start to finish. They repaired a misaligned closet door and painted two rooms for us, and everything about the process was smooth, professional, and high-quality. Communication was clear and consistent, with regular check-ins that made me feel informed and cared for throughout. The painters were efficient and did beautiful, detailed work, and the carpenters went above and beyond—especially when they discovered that a previous contractor had installed the wrong-sized door. They problem-solved quickly and skillfully, saving us from what could have been a long-term headache. They also did a wonderful cleanup job once the work was complete—everything was spotless, which I really appreciated. From the very first consult with Vicki, the owner, to the coordination from Mica in the office, every part of the experience was top-notch. I’ve worked with many contractors over the years, and this is the first time I’ve felt that a contractor truly cared about their customer along with getting the job done right. We will be returning customers! Highly, highly recommend!

New Chapter Hi Services did a great job on my carpentry and interior house painting project! The ceiling of our 3rd floor bedroom needed to have panels removed and replaced in order to support insulation in the attic. NCHI did a fantastic job of the project starting with the demo, adding a layer of insulation and drywall to the ceiling. They painted the ceiling and walls to finish and left the room spotless clean. The process from start to finish was smooth, and crystal clear communication from Vicky and Romeo. We had such a great experience, we hired them to repair the ceiling in a second bedroom. Both crews were respectful of the house and were very quiet. Mica gave us clear communication for the 2nd project. We will be hiring NCHI in the future whenever we have more home improvement projects.

Loved this whole experience! Our bathroom has been awaiting a paint job for literally years. The fabulous New Chapter experience started with a visit by the owner, Vicki, who measured the space, provided some much needed input on color and finishes, and reassured me that our 100+ year old house's sad walls would be prepped and painted. The proposal was clear and very reasonable. We were very quickly able to get our appointment scheduled and on the appointed day and hour, our super polite and friendly team was at our door. They were so careful - even protected our floors as they went about their work. I was absolutely amazed at the quality of work. Our bathroom's old walls were sanded, holes were filled and everything was painted in one day. I can't wait to redecorate.

New Chapter has done several good-sized residential carpentry and painting projects for us over the past several years. We keep returning to them and will continue to do so because they do excellent work and are a genuine pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend then without reservation.

I needed my sink, kitchen floor, and living room windows replaced and was very impressed with their service. They did a great job and got it done in a timely fashion. They sent pictures of the completed work every night. I had a slight issue with the cleanup when they were finished. They responded to my email within minutes and sent them back that day to finish up.
