Came out and verified what we suspected. He was thorough, polite, likes Star Wars (always a plus). Was supposed to come back to fix the initial issue and follow up with a plan for later repairs. Ghosted. Finally got an email response, after a few attempts to contact, that the business is closed for the rest of the year. Life happens but maybe let your customers know due to whatever circumstances the business is on hold without us having to hound you? Maybe recommend other electricians? Something.

These guys are awesome! I had an urgent call on a late Friday afternoon after a near electrical fire, they showed up on Saturday morning! Fixed the problem and inspected some recent work I had done in my house. They’re very professional, but also very friendly and easy to talk to! Explained everything so well and gave me peace of mind. Recommending them to everyone and will definitely use them again if needed!

We have used Rob twice in the past - once for a bathroom renovation, and the other for a breaker box issue. Each time we have been delighted with the quality work performed, and the reasonable cost. Caused a gas leak moving my stove. Took over 3 hours to come back and STILL did not fix the leak they caused. Wound up having to have the gas company out on an emergency call and was red tagged. I called and left a message that I was no longer interested in their services but wanted them to be aware of what happened...they never even bothered to call me back but sure cashed my check quickly. I had to pay another company to fix their mess.

Rob and his team did excellent work helping us finish our basement. They did high quality work and were very professional, efficient, and fair. I highly recommend and he will be our first call on any future electrical needs.
