Very pleased with the efforts to repair our unit displayed by the company. The service technicians showed up on time and were very knowledgeable. They identified the problem, went to get the replacement parts and returned quickly. They didn’t waste a minute of time in getting the problem resolved. But the most impressive part was they took the time to clean up the unit, replace air filters and check the overall operation of the unit. Very professional and nice guys. Will definitely continue to use them in the future and recommend them to everyone. Great company

Called on Labor Day of 2025 in the evening time when my A/c went out. Joshua answered the phone and was very professional and a pleasure to talk with. He then informed me that Jason the service tech was 15 minutes away and could come check it out. Jason showed up 20 minutes later (quick and accurate timing) and fixed the problem in 1 hour. I was very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism with both individuals. They got my A/c back running and my wife a little happier. I would recommend them to anyone based off of my first experience with them.

Contacted Brockhaus Electrical for a few problems I was having in my home from a previous electrician that did poor work. Brian his helper came the same day and was courteous, knowledgeable, and assured me he could fix the problems I was having and he did just that! The cherry on top was the cost for the work was a fair price! I will ABSOLUTELY use Brockhaus again and will confidently refer them to others. Im so happy to finally find a reputable contractor in the greater New Orleans area!

Called Brockhaus when I got home from work to check my condenser for my A/C, which wasn’t coming on. Mind you this was an "after hours" call. Josh quickly dispatched James to my house in 30 minutes and the problem was diagnosed (blown capacitor) and fixed in less than 30 minutes for under $300.00. Outstanding service!

He was very polite, professional and all around good person. He made me feel very comfortable and he got right down to business completing his task in a very short time and done right. Thanks and I do recommend him highly.
