I reached out to the BBB because I wasn’t having any success with the business. It appears as soon as the business saw the complaint they resolved my issue. The process was fast. My brother recommended that I use BBB and I recommend it to others when businesses ignore your request. Especially when you have paid for services that were not rendered as expected.

This was my first time submitting a claim. They acted on it promptly, and my case was resolved in about a week. So far, I have been impressed with the speed of which this was resolved. I only wish the business I submitted a claim on would have an ounce of professionalism and promptness. I have been working with the business for months to resolve and the BBB accomplished it in about a week. Thank you!

Recently I've had to reach out to the BBB for several complaints. Each incident was handled with Professionalism and Speed. My issues with these businesses were confronted and addressed immediately. I'm talking like within 2 days, not weeks, not months, my issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Thank You BBB for standing on the consumers' side and for superior Customer Service

I always get a response, and of the 3 times I have used BBB I got good results twice so I think its a great way to try and get merchant complaints resolved.

This organization is nothing but a scam. They bully you i to paying their fee, if you don't, they ads your website to their list citing that you're not accredited and that in order to be accredited you need to pass a vetting process. That's nothing but an utterly lie. They just want small business owners money. Not to mention when you write a complaint they don't follow through or anything. Update: Great you guys respond to reviews. I am still yet waiting for a call back for the past 2 weeks and a response from a complaint I made a year ago. There's no transparency in listing a business and saying isn't accredited because it has not been vetted or signed a transparency agreement, when in fact, isn't accredited because we didn't agree on paying the fess and because a BBB accreditation doesn't mean anything, but that you paid to be there.

This was my first time filing an auto insurance claim and I was nervous, but they walked me through every step. No delays at all. My car was fixed quickly

At first it seemed ok, when I got home I saw somethings I didn't order. I tried to take the item back and was told the can't take it back. The guy said I agreed to the plan I was told. I was ever told able any plan.Whem I saw them bill, it was over $3k dollars. I had hip Surgery. And needed some shoes that would help me walk better. The shoes were good,but I got stuck with a foot messager. I did not want that , the guy I was talking to me about me about my time in the Army. I wanted to take the messager back so I cut my bill back a little. I will never go back to them and won't refer them
