Our home was cold, but he was extremely polite, professional, and worked diligently to get our unit running again. He explained everything clearly and was upfront about the pricing for the parts needed. Called and needed service quickly! The front office lady, Ashley was so kind to me and added us to a list for no notice service. Less than 24 hours later our tech, Travis was there… he was wonderful and found the issue fast. He did a quick repair and recommended air duct cleaning, which we will be doing! I very thankful for the service and will continue using mainstream for our needs!

Mainstream Heating & Cooling is a wonderful company. The technicians are always courteous, polite, and friendly. They are sure to put on th booties and not get my floors dirty. They are always on time and give plenty of notice of their arrival time. My technicians also make sure I understand what they are doing and why they are doing it. They even break the terminology down Barney style. I would be lost without them. It is a great company and I recommend them. Their rates are reasonable as well. Do yourself a favor and bring them in!

The maintenance technician was incredibly friendly and even let my kids help him roll up his water hose, which absolutely made their day. He worked quickly, kept everything neat, and was so kind throughout the whole visit. I didn’t catch his name, but I’d happily request him every single time — such a genuinely sweet man!

Brain did an excellent job explaining what happened and what needed done. My daughter works for Trane and agreed with his knowledgeable assessment. Best service I have seen in quite some time. Thank you Mainstream for excellent service over the past 9 years.
