We recently had CMC rework the electrical and add additional outlets throughout our garage. From the very beginning, the initial call, site visit, estimate, and scheduling. The entire process was seamless and straightforward. Our technician, Adolfo H., was outstanding. He was professional, personable, and communicated clearly throughout the project while working efficiently to get everything completed. At the end of the installation, we encountered an unexpected issue with our garage door not operating properly. We contacted CMC about the problem, and Adolfo promptly returned to diagnose and resolve it, which included replacing the necessary equipment. I wanted to mention this part because, while issues can sometimes occur during projects, CMC took full ownership of the situation and made it right. Adolfo went above and beyond conducting additional research and providing a thoughtful solution. Thanks to his efforts, everything is now functioning perfectly, and we can park in our garage again. We’ll definitely continue using CMC for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable electrician. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its work, and that sense of trust makes all the difference.

First time using this company and it won’t be the last time. These are those calls you don’t want to make because you don’t know what to expect. Adolfo came out to help - extremely professional and efficient. Just a genuinely nice person. I can only assume this is representative of the company, just my experience though. He even offered to clean up after the fact and left it looking better than before. Had some minor work done and would for sure recommend. Reasonably priced as well.

Hired CMC to install 2 ceiling fans in our new home and had an amazing experience. Adolfo H. completed the installation quickly and perfectly! Customer service: I booked the install back in August for October because they told me I could get a coupon they were running in August, which was honored. There was a mix up on the day of the install but they fixed the mistake and honored the coupon. Also, there was a mix up on the scheduling time and that also got fixed with ease. I will 100% be using CMC in the future.

Needed help installing my new nest thermostat and called CMC. They sent Troy and he went over pricing/cost upfront. I agreed then he installed it and stayed after as I installed through the app on my phone. Thank you!

I had the company to come out and quote work to do an electrical branch extension. Two men came out. I immediately showed them the work I wanted done. They immediately start conversation on doing an inspection on every outlet in the house. I immediately declined. From there they asked to see the electrical box. I showed them. Then they asked me to give them a few minutes to pull together a quote. Well, for a simple job the were out there for too long. When they come in they have these (3) pricing options. The first was over $900. They tried to tell me the job required a permit. Durham County did confirm the permit is required but they also told me that the permit price is $65 and could be applied for online and potentially received within 24 hours. They also tried to sell a deal with maintenance which I was not requesting.. I looked at the guys with a straight face and told them I didn’t need their services because they were not even in the ballpark with the other quotes I had. Then they offered to "call the supervisor" to get a better price. PLEASE! They saw a woman and figured she wouldn’t know anything and they could get over. I DESPISE greedy people like this and wouldn’t consider ever calling this company out again. Good riddance!

DJ came out and helped diagnose why one of my circuits kept breaking. Think we did pretty much all we could do without tearing up the walls. Learned a lot of good info. Very satisfied.
