I have had good contractors in the past but I have never had a company that REALLY impressed me like these guys. The customer service was just stellar. They had to make three trips to my house due to the nature of my repair and each time they gave me an arrival time and met their promise each time. But not only that, they informed me where the tech was each time so I could pinpoint their return. I didn't just sit around and wait, the office kept me up to date the whole time. The repairs where were spot on and the technician, Chris was clean and well dressed also friendly and polite. They definitely raised the bar for my next contractor! For three trips the price was very fair.

East-West was very quick to respond. Phil O. came out and gave us a no pressure, free estimate. The estimate seemed very reasonable to me. Chris D. was the technician that actually did our install. Very professional and finished in less time than he anticipated. He did a quality job that looks very good! I will definitely use East-West for any other electrical needs in the future.

East West Electric came to my rescue to save Christmas in our neighborhood. Chris and his colleague were assigned to evaluate our outside outlets so our Christmas lights and displays would been seen this year to continue the 34 years traditional greetings to our neighbors. Very quickly and professionally outlets and timers were replaced or set for dusk to dawn operation. In ground lighting was restored. Merry Christmas to all! So thankful they could squeeze me in given all of work still going on after Helene and Milton came through.

I had great experience working with East-West electric installing my new generator interlock kit. Chris was punctual and very professional. He also spent the time answering all my questions and gave me a demo of the procedure i need to follow when the power goes out. I would highly recommend them.
