We used VPC Electric because it is a legitimate local business that had good reviews.Mikki was efficient and informative when setting up the service appointment. The work needed was reinstallation of two ceiling fans. The job was previously done by a licensed contractor who was working as a handyman, however, a non-fan rated junction box and an inappropriate hanger meant for a ceiling light was used. The junction box eventually cracked, allowing the fan to fall out of the ceiling dangling by the attached electrical wires. Eddie made the service call and he notified me by text prior to arrival, which was on-time and at the early end of the appointed time window, which was great. Eddie quickly assessed the situation and efficiently made the proper installation. He used a drop cloth and wore shoe covers, and then vacuumed the work area afterward. It was a very clean and professional installation. I cannot assess the comparative costs because we had no time to get multiple bids…the existing situation was dangerous. Skilled tradesman are expensive nowadays, but paying for work to be done right and once is worth it. Lesson learned…unless you can competently do this work yourself according to code, consequently knowing it was done right (I would not even try when it comes to electrical), have a licensed electrician do the work…or like us, you will painfully be paying twice for a job. We are very pleased with the work done by VPC Electric and we would use them in the future if the need arises.

John located and diagnosed a problem behind a light fixture in our bathroom in under an hour. Came early, was very courteous and professional and got right to work while still keeping us informed during. Highly recommend John

The only way I can describe the service from VPC is WOW! VPC took my 1970ish garage and brought it into 2024, I chose to go overhead rather than underground because of my septic tank and field. I wasn't sure just how it would change the appearance of my home, but it turned out great! 100 amp service in the garage with a 240 volt outlet for my plasma cutter! 2 rows of 8 foot LED lighting plus a 4 foot over my work bench. I was a little sceptical at first but the lighting was super bright! My garage was 100% rewired with all new outlets. The electrician doig all of this was Edward. He's the kind of person that I would give a house key to and go on vacation while he worked! He is comfortable to have around and always has time to listen no matter how busy he is! The next project from VPC is an automatic emergency generator for my house. Thanks Tim, you and your crew are amazing!

We worked with the team at VPC to upgrade an existing panel, add a second panel and emergency shut off unit for a new hot tub addition, and add an electrical plug for an outdoor sprinkler system. We secured three bids and opted not to go with the less expensive one due to three things — knowledge of the person quoting the job (Tim, who happened to be the owner, but humbly didn’t share this info while onsite), the exceptional communication and attention to detail at every step with Mikki who let us know by phone or text what was happening with our job, and Eddie, Sam and John who were on-site for two days to make it all happen. Helpful, understanding of a requested change order, and follow through. When the State Inspector made his visit — thumbs up all around! Lastly, we received a call from Tim during the middle of day two asking for input and feedback about their work. He explained "our goal is to have you as a customer for life, and I hope we hit that goal". They absolutely did. Highly recommend if you value clear and concise communication, people who show up when scheduled and go the extra mile to make things happen! When you find a good provider, you keep them. We’ll definitely be working with the VPC team on future projects.

Business owner came out to assess the situation himself, gave us an on the spot estimate. He was so on the ball, that we sought his estimate on two other projects we had been thinking about as well. Once we decided to go with the projects, Eddie and Jake did all projects in one day. They hard wired an electrical conduit and circuit panel to a hot tub, moved a dining room chandelier over by two feet with zero damage to the drywall except a almost unnoticeable ceiling plug we can paint over later, and put an outlet in the middle of a wall upstairs for our TV with zero noticeable drywall work. They really cared about how the job looked and helped me get it financed through their website connected finance solutions. They even provided contact info for drywall specialists if we decide to not cover the ceiling plug ourselves. Their responsiveness and scheduling availability broke the tie between them and another company we were looking at using. We are so happy with the work. When I checked around on pricing (I am so cheap: I always underestimate how much something will cost me) I found their prices to be lower than what the hot tub salesperson was used to seeing with similar jobs. I did not like the price, but it was the most competitive we had seen. Looking back, it was very fair, fast, well done, and the folks who did it were very friendly. We will use VPC again for sure!

Excellent company! We had these guys out for a panel replacement and they knocked it out of the park. Eddie and John took care of us, professional, courteous and very thorough when going over the job. I would recommend VPC for all electrical needs and will be using them again in the future!
