The Electric Way

Solid recommendation. The Electric Way has supported our household needs for several years now, with great success. Most recently they installed an electric vehicle wall connector (charger) in our garage, which required a 240V line from the panel to the charger location. Daniel was our estimator and was very thorough and efficient. Evan was our installer and performed the work quickly and expertly. Passed local building department inspection without a hitch. Both gentlemen contacted us in advance of their arrival. Owner David is quick to offer help and advice. Everyone I've worked with over the years has been very effective, efficient and pleasant.

David, owner of The Electric Way, manages his company with integrity, exceptional skill, fair pricing, and excellence in customer service. Recently, I was a blessed recipient of a promotional free install for a ceiling fan. David refused compensation of any kind, not even accepting a monetary tip. He stated that "free is free". He also installed, at my request, an additional new ceiling fan with lighting, at "beyond" fair pricing. I requested that he check another non-working ceiling fan to see if I should replace it, or if it could be repaired. David climbed up and found a tangled chain above the bowl fixture, repairing that fan in two seconds, and at no charge. This current experience, and past experiences, with The Electric Way is that no work is ever done on commission, and honesty is always their standard practice. David also kindly removed for disposal the packaging for my new fans, as well as the old fans. I am very grateful to be a customer of The Electric Way, a business that I can trust to do the right thing, in the right way, always!

Great service and the electrician (Daniel Horval) did an amazing job. He hit a few minor snags while performing the work but quickly overcame them and the company stood behind their initial service estimate! It is hard to find excellent service these days but The Electric Way knocked it out of the park!!

The Electric Way was fantastic from the start. They were friendly during scheduling and made it easy to schedule over the phone, email or text message. The electrician that came out for the free estimate was friendly and upfront about the length of the job and what parts would be purchased. During the install they got the work done quickly and did a great job neatly cable managing all the cables inside the panel for the energy monitor I had installed. Would highly recommend their services to others and would use them again if I need further electrical work done.

My company needed a new light fixture and we called TEW - they've been a partner with us for some time now. Each step of the way in getting an appointment scheduled - the phone calls, the emails, etc. - were superb customer service A lost art in this day and age! Day of, I was expecting a tech to come by at 10 AM, but Vincent M showed up early - also unheard of in this day and age! He was super kind, efficient, and great to have in our office. Got the job done in 15 minutes or so. Would happily do business with TEW and work with Vincent again!

This company is fantastic. Superior customer service from start to finish. They are honest, reliable, and communicative. We got a quote for a small adjustment to our electrical panel from another company for $1400, felt a little funny about it. So grateful we opted for a second opinion, and I chose this company based on all of the positive feedback I read in their reviews. They did what we needed done for 1/5 of the cost of the first quote.
