Exceptional EV Charger Installation – Thank You, Conner and Nathaniel! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Mister Sparky of Grand Rapids for my Level 2 EV charger installation. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Conner and Nathaniel were absolutely outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived on time, walked my wife through the installation plan, and made sure everything was done safely and to code. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really stood out. They even cleaned up the workspace better than they found it! Not only does the charger work perfectly, but the installation looks incredibly clean and well-executed. I had Mr. Sparky install a replacement T-stat for an in-floor heating system. I provided the T-stat. It was exactly the same brand and model of the defective stat, so no rewiring was required. It took about 20 minutes to install the replacement stat. The total charge came to $260, $60 of which was the trip charge. Based on the 20 minute job, this comes to an effective hourly rate of $600 for the labor.

Our home needed 3/4 of it rewired and it was a mess 50 year old wiring and burnt sockets it’s took 3 trips over the course of three weeks but Connor was super informative and helpful. We have light again and the house is back together thanks to them. Would definitely recommend for any work you need done.

Connor was very knowledgable about the work that needed to be done and also caught something that needs to be corrected. I will definitely be calling on Mr. Sparky to get this addressed. The outlets and switch that I had replaced were exactly what I had in mind and look very nice compared to what was there.

Mister Sparky of Grand Rapids was outstanding to work with. Our dad lives in an old trailer in Michigan with the old fuse style electrical and was having some wiring problems. We live in Tennessee and needed to upgrade the electrical box and pole to current standards. The fear of working with a contractor out of state and worrying about our dad having to deal with the work being done was quickly gone after explaining the situation and having Mister Sparky going through the whole process with us. The job was done cheaper and sooner then other estimates we had got. The electrician, Ed was very professional and was great working with our dad. The office kept us in the loop the whole time with updates. We are DIY people and do a lot of home repairs ourselves because of how thorough we our in our work. Being several states away and dealing with a contractor we didn't know caused us to hesitate on doing this project. This was a great experience and a great company to work with. Thank you for being a company we can count on.
