From my initial contact with Brian, shortly after I called, to his in person assessment of the problem the next morning, I felt as though I was in good hands. Brian is professional, personable, knowledgeable and solution oriented. The problem was clearly explained to me and the necessary steps to the replacement and upgrade of my in unit electrical panel. I felt comfortable in accepting the price quoted and scheduling the work to be done promptly the next morning. Promptly at 8:00am, technician Marlon arrived with clear and precise instructions as to how he would proceed, with each step clearly explained, as well as an approximation of how long the job would take. Marlon was very focused and methodical, thorough and detail oriented, fully knowledgeable in every step taken. His work is masterful. I appreciated Matt coming by to approve the completed work and making sure that I was satisfied and happy with everything. The entire process was seamless and professional, with quality results. Living in a multi unit building, I’m confident I made the right decision in hiring Mr. Electric of Concord, CA to do a great job, ensuring not only my own safety, but the safety of my neighbors as well.

Great company for all of your electrical work. They will send a service professional out for free and give you a free safety check of your entire electrical system. Very easy to work with and they offer upfront pricing before the work even begins. All of their work is warranted as well. Not your typical chuck in a truck, but a professional electrical contractor. The entire process from A-to-Z is seamless and fully transparent.

Astounding! Just when you thought courtesy, kindness and professionalism all in the same package was extinct… along comes a great experience! The office was patient pleasant( I didn’t retain her name, but she was great) and professional. Brian the electrician was on time, also listened to our problem, and efficiently and resolved it, and explained everything well. Super professional and cheerful. I called Concord Mr. Electric because the 220 volt circuit breaker for my EV Charger was always tripping. I spoke with Nicole and explained the problem. Before scheduling a service call, she asked me to describe the impact. In my case it wasn't an urgent issue because my car was fully charged. The question demonstrated their interest in meeting their customer's needs. The electrician, Brian, texted me before arriving on time for the scheduled appointment. Brian quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He then tested the fix by having me charge the car. I enjoyed meeting Brian and appreciated the quality of his service.
