Excellent Experience with Excel Electric!We recently needed to upgrade our electric panel from 125 amps to 200 amps so we could charge our Tesla. We got several estimates, but we had a really good feeling about John, the project manager from Excel Electric — and we were right! The whole process went smoothly, and the crew did an excellent job. The installation looks clean and professional. We did have a small issue afterward, but John came out right away and fixed it with no questions asked. That level of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend Excel Electric and a big shoutout to John for his professionalism and dedication!

I had to take the time to write an incredible review for Excel electrical group! We had an emergency with my father as he is elderly and Karen in the offic, told me she would do everything she could to help! I received a phone call a couple of hours later that they would send Brusner to look at the electrical issues, my father was encountering. Brusner identified the issue and the job was completed in one hour. My elderly father called Karen at Excel to let them know how exceptional Brusner is. He said he can go on & on with the accolades. If anyone has any electrical issues? I 100% recommend Excel. I have been using them for 18 years and they do everything they can to assist as soon as possible. We cannot thank them enough!!!

I do not usually do this sort of thing. However, I am compelled to share my absolutely total delight in dealing with Excel Electrical Group for the replacement of my main electrical source panel. From Bob, the owner, Bruner, Jose and Tyler, the electricians and Karen in the front office I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism, competence, timliness and thoroughness of a job done to perfection. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars to all of them. Thank you for a job well done in record time!

Excel was amazing. Repsonsive, arrived when scheduled, cleaned up their work areas. Just amazing.. Xfinity was just here to activate the internet cables that Excel installed. The tech comment " this job is so easy b/c the electrician took pride in their work" highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Brusner with Excel Electrical! Brusner was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. Also, a big shoutout to the owner, Bob, who stopped by to see if Brusner needed any assistance. He was kind, attentive, and delivered the same high level of professionalism as his employee. 9-19-2025, Tyler visited my home for City inspection of my recently installed hot water heater. As with a previous interaction with Tyler, I find him to be extremely courteous, pleasant, helpful and quite engaging. What most impressed me was that when I invited him into my home to wait for the City inspector, he politely declined and said he was going to sit in his van to study his electrical material. Given how Tyler presents himself, I was not surprised. I was impressed. Patricia
