I was at Home Depot and I was approached by a gentleman from this company offering me a tuneup for the my unit for $29.99. I didn’t know what to expect but the deal was too good to pass. They schedule me right wait and they also let me know who was gonna come and do the service on my unit. Zach got to the appointment on time. He was very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job doing the tuneup. By the way, I had another company coming to take a look at the unit and they tried to hit me with $2000+ quote for unnecessary repairs My heat is up and running and i saved a lot of money!!! Big shout out to Zacc for answering all my questions and being an honest professional!!!

We have been more than satisfied with everyone connected to comfort dynamics. Everyone was friendly, professional, very easy to communicate with and took the time to explain everything with us. We will definitely use them again and look forward to recommending them.

Went to stay at my mother-in-law's house while she was in the hospital, and upon arrival, found the AC had gone out. We were also on a time crunch, so I went to Home Depot to get fans - they had just rearranged things in the store for the approaching winter and holidays, so I had to ask where the fans had been moved - the HD employee asked why i needed it, and when I told her, she asked if she could help get someone out to check the unit. I responded that if I didn't really have time to wait - it was already about noon and we had to be at the hospital about 4 to discuss things about my MIL's care... was told that it wouldn't be a problem, that they could have someone at the house in about an hour. Sure enough, a van from Comfort Dynamics rolled up right about 1pm (after a couple phone calls from them, confirming time & location, and a text with a link showing the "repairman's" location, just like watching where your Doordash delivery person is). I can't remember his name, but he was super professional and knew I had a narrow time window for him to complete the assignment. He worked his tail off and got the system running by 3! I believe he even went over and above what was needed to fix the unit and get it running again, and I was (still am!) so appreciative of his efforts! I highly recommend this company, and if we ever move to Memphis, we'll definitely hire this company for our HVAC needs Many, many thanks!!

Hello I had the pleasure of meeting Technician Abdullah Mohammad from Comfort Dynamics Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical today. Whom was the assigned technician to check my HVAC system for it's seasonal heating effliciency since winter is around the corner. Abdullah was personable & I felt at ease allowing him into my home. He did a great job in performing the heat tune up 19 point Home Health Report Card. He also went beyond the inspection while checking the attic HVAC venting system notice that insulation in one area needed more insulation & took pictures of that area; which as a homeowner I wouldn't have noticed. So I will rectify that situation quickly. While I missed my trusted technican Brandon Smith whom provided exceptional service & HVAC education, whom assisted me in determining the perfect timing & financing tools to purchasing my new HVAC unit for my 50 year old home. Abdullah did well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ This seasonal service cost was apart of my membership.

Comfort Dynamics did a wonderful job on my electrical problem. I had someone else to come and check it out but they couldn't find the problem. I called Comfort Dynamics, Marty and Mike came out and they didn't stop until they found the problem and fixed it. They were very polite and friendly. Of course they are extremely knowledgeable, and very efficient. It didn't take long at all. I highly recommend the dynamic duo ( Marty and Mike) to fix any electrical job you may have. Marty was absolutely amazing! He took his time to find the root of the problem—even in the freezing cold! He explained everything clearly so we know how to protect our home in the future. Truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism!
