The owner at this company came over at 7pm same day I called to look at my meter to see wether I can upgrade my electric panel without digging. There are others here saying that I have to dig, which will cost tons more. The owner of the company came, checked another box right by my utility box saying, you have the right conductor, no need to dig. He is so super expereienced and hard working person. He really does his research not like others. And spend time figuring out on how to extend the wire to my garage since the breaker is so far away from it. Communication was good. He responded to texts and questions in a timely manner. I had EE hardwire my Ring doorbell and fix a few miscellaneous issues at my house. He was very courteous and professional. I would hire him again if I needed an electrician.
