Jakob came out to the house to rewire a 240 for us. It was A quicker installation than I thought it would be and I spent $70 less than I thought it would be. He did great work, and thank God he lives near us so we can call on EM as needed for future work. UPDATE: We had more work done by Jacob, he installed grounding and various outlets that the house needed, Again, significantly below what I thought it would cost, and it was fast and proper. I hope they keep sending JAKOB here next time I call. I will definitely be using EM again! Thank you again for your efforts Jakob.

This is the 3rd time I've used Electric Masters. The electrician this time, Brandon Love, great. On time, very personable, and easily fixed what a novice like me could not figure out the night before. Thank you very very much!!

Electric masters is amazing! Also huge perk is that they’re so close to my home! Miss Kim is so sweet, I talked to her 3-4 times over the phone. She’s so helpful and gets back to you very quickly. I had to reach out to them twice. Kyle handled the first call, he was so nice, professional, and he determined the issue was the outlet and the connection it was lacking. He even gave me a quote for another project of mine. Unfortunately the outlet wasn’t the issue even after being replaced as my dryer kept shutting off mid cycle. The owner (please forgive me I don’t have his name on hand) responded to the second call. He gets behind the dryer, checks the voltages, goes downstairs checks the breaker box. He determined that it was something there! The neutral wire wasn’t screwed properly from what I best interpreted causing a bad connection. He didn’t charge us for the additional work and explained everything so nicely. We really appreciate the fast, amazing expert service of electric masters.

They came and gave me an estimate. wanted to tie into my sump pump and then a GFI circuit with a freezer already on it, estimate was @ $400, told them i wasn't good with outlets tied into others and wanted on own circuit, estimate went up to @ $500..all good. Tech comes to install. cuts a hole in the wall for first outlet big enough for box, but finds pipe and has to move it, now I have an extra hole in my wall which I'm informed I will have to repair. Why not a smaller hole to see what's behind first. Then finishes work and ties into an existing line that's connected to my furnace, not as agreed upon. Then tells me he can do it for yet another 75 dollars. This company is bait and switch. They also cut first then cut second instead of cutting small hole to see what's behind the drywall. I would avoid this company at all costs. Now I have to pay a different company to have a new circuit breaker put in and rerun long enough wires and a drywall company to fix this hole. Update: Since my review, this company has corrected everything and completed the job as was agreed upon and I am now satisfied. There was a miscommunication that I hope will be rectified in future jobs.

Called them for a bid on a project and they came out within a few days to check it out. Took them about 5 days to get the bid. It's a big project so that is fast.

Extremely pleased with service and punctuality. Super knowledgeable and polite! Extremely good price on replacing our circuit panel. They even got to our house in under 30 minutes and reestablished heat to our home the same day. You guys rock! Thank you! Ed W.
