Outstanding work delivered on time and on budget. Chris was great with the visit and estimate, Kelly is great with the billing and scheduling, and "Randy and Randy" (the onsite crew) were extremely professional, well prepared, did great work and cleaned up after the job was finished. I would highly recommend Kelco for any electrical job.

From Kelly in the office to Randy and Joe on the job, the service was always professional, responsive, attentive, and excellent. I had knob and tube wiring replaced - a complicated job that they handled with care and thoroughness. Randy walked and talked me through the work and steps each day, and they went above and beyond to minimize necessary invasiveness to the walls and property - and they also cleaned up and organized previous electrical work done by others. Congratulations to Kelco Electric for truly excellent service. From Chris's initial visit to scope out the work done yesterday afternoon I have been impressed with the service provided. On the job itself (installation of an EV charger in an apartment building) Isaias and Randy listened carefully to the specifics of what I wanted (exact location of the charger being most important), communicated clearly what they were going to do, were familiar with what needed to be done, and were cheerful and fun to work with. All in all, it was an excellent experience for me, the customer. If more EV charging stations are needed in the future in our apartment building I'll call Kelco again.

Our Generac was installed in 2021 and it runs smoothly and efficiently. The Generac speaks for itself but Kelco Electric with Chris and Kelly deserve beyond 5 stars. Over the years, we have reached out to ask questions to help us out managing a system long distance and they are ALWAYS there for us. Their customer service should be an industry standard. These guys are great. It starts with Kelly over the phone who was patient, professional and prompt with getting back to me when we had an issue. They came out out on 8/2/23 and Eric, Nate and Ryan did a fabulous job repairing my old cloth wiring to an updated and safe wire with the light fixture! Affordable, friendly and professional. I would definitely use this company again for my next project. Thank you!
