Clayton communicated with me via text to let me know when he would arrive and he would update his arrival time due to traffic. I appreciated that! When he arrived, he got the job done quickly and smoothly. He explained what had occurred to cause my outlet to stop working. He also gave me tips on how to solve any problems should they occur in the future. He replaced my outlet and did troubleshooting as well. I highly recommend W3 Electric and will use them in the future, for sure. Professional, trustworthy and fair pricing!

I contacted W3 via the Thumbtack app. They were super fast to respond and schedule. Geraerdo was the technician who came out to give and estimate and ultimately do the work! Super friendly and knowledgeable young man. He was efficient, communicated along the way and actually left the area spotless! I now have an EV charging plug as well as a surge protection system for the entire house! Thanks for great service W3!!

Bryan and Anthony were the ultimate pros at getting the old electrical work out and new one installed. They explained everything in great detail and worked with me to get the best possible price. I am excited to work with these guys and W3 Electrical again. Highly recommend.

I’ll start with the positive. The electrician who came over was a very polite guy and explained things thoroughly. Based on the other reviews, I’ll assume the quality of electrical work is high too. However, I have to give a low rating for the W3 electrician being misleading. I called W3 to figure out why several outlets in my house weren’t working. The electrician told me he could repair my GFCI for $650 to get the outlets working, however he suggested instead a $10,000 project to replace my breaker box to get the system to meet 2023 national code and to avoid several potential hazards based off some 10 point safety checklist that includes some bogus categories including water shock. He did not make this suggestion as a "nice to have" upgrade but urged me that I really needed to replace the breaker box immediately. I called a different electrician for a second opinion who told me my meter was good, grounding was good, panel was good, and that the house had copper wiring. W3 told me all these items were hazard issues, and W3 claimed a hazard due to my system "containing aluminum components" - in reality, my house has copper wiring throughout but aluminum feeders to the meters, and the 2nd electrician explained that aluminum feeders are fine as long as the wiring is copper. Finally, the other company charged me $250 for the GFCI repair compared to the $650 for this same GFCI repair that W3 quoted. If I’m going to try to offer any defense of W3, my house is 44 years old, the breaker box looks old, and I’m sure the system doesn’t meet whatever 2023 code is. That said, I still believe there’s no justification to speak in the dire terms they did when code changes can be marginal and a separate licensed electrician offered a vastly different evaluation (the embellishment about aluminum components solidified my feeling that W3 attempted to deceive for sake of making a sale). Another defense of W3 is the electrician did encourage me to get a 2nd opinion…maybe his input is a matter of believing that it’s necessary to upgrade to the most modern system available…but I think it takes a sucker who can’t calibrate risk to fall for that advice

Jonathan and Enrique were wonderful. They worked diligently to diagnose and fix my problem. They were very courteous and professional. From the initial phone call to book service to the completion of service was stress free and pleasant. I will use them for any electrical repairs moving forward.

Jonathan & Enrique have been taking amazing care of electrical work for us. We had a huge tree limb fall down on our power line late last night, and Jonathan & Enrique came out to help us first thing in the morning. They have been super kind, thorough, and informative and have made the process of getting our power restored as painless as possible. We scheduled the 33 point inspection for a couple of weeks from now, and we are looking forward to working with W3 to take care of our other electrical needs that we have had on our to-do list for months.
