Westborn Electric

I've used Westborn for a couple jobs. Did a full panel upgrade with a generator hookup first, and it was an excellent job. Looks clean and professional. Just used them again for a bathroom exhaust fan and light install, and once again, they were the folks to call. Mark and his crew are professional, friendly, and competitively priced. Will definitely use them again. And recommend when possible.

Overcharged me for simple work. Needed standard outlet upgraded to GFCI, all wiring in place, all tech had to do was change outlet. Was done in 10mins and charged me $225. Something that simple should not have been more than $150 at most. Avoid Westborn electric and go with an honest company.

First time using this company and I have to say I am very impressed. Michelle who I dealt with on the phone was nice, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. Called the day before next day job was done. Thank you again for the fast and professional service.

I called for an assessment and they failed to show up on time. I called 15 minute before the 2 hour time window (called at 1:45 on a 12-2 expected arrival time). The girl working the phones assured he’ll be there soon, and soon never came. We waited for another hour then had to leave the property. We got a call back an hour after that asking if we’ll be around at 6:30, we said yes but they still didn’t show then. Poor communication skills and sets expectations they can’t keep.

I had an appointment with Westborn Electric to come to the house to provide a quote for a whole home generator. With no phone call, text, or email communication they failed to show up for their morning appointment. Later in the afternoon I received a call from them saying their truck broke down and the truck they sent to fix that truck broke down and they would need to reschedule. Fine. We rescheduled on the phone for 8 days later. Fast forward and guess who failed to show up again?! And again, guess who failed to notify me in any way?! So I then called Westborn and they couldn't find my appointment in their "book". They found my file and saw what happened but couldn't explain why the appointment didn't get added to the schedule for the day. They offered to reschedule again. As this was a due diligence effort on my part to obtain quotes from 3 different sources for the project, I declined. I cannot rely on Westborn to show up when promised and therefore, regardless of their pricing, I would not hire them. FIX your scheduling and customer communications!

Best company. Professional, competitive pricing and quick response time. I had underground electric run from my garage to the house, including under my deck. They thought of every detail and explained the process to me. I ask lots of questions during the work and the tech answered everyone plainly so I would understand. This is the third time I have used this company; if needed I will without doubt call Westborn Electric again. I would recommend them to family, friend’s and anyone who asks.

I needed a generator plug on the side of the house ,wiring an a inter lock kit! These guys were great They came out next day after I called to give me an estimate ..they emailed me the proposal! The price was fair..they came an installed everything only took like a hour...they explained how to used it....what I could run...what I couldn't run.....these were the nicest guys! I would definitely recommend to give them a call ...they did great quick work!! No more extention cords to use my generator
