I have a had the pleasure of having Comfort Specialists take care of my furnace and air conditioning since 2010. I pay for the additional maintenance every year. It is worth it in every way. I love my air, furnace, humidifier and my whole house fan! Thank-you Comfort Specialist. T Bachman

I had the pleasure of going with Comfort Specialists, Inc. specifically Mark Sellner, he was very thorough and what I consider customer friendly, he gave me a great estimate and I had my furnace, C. Very good customer service! Spoke to them today regarding getting a quote and they were extremely professional, explained the trip charge / diagnostic fees, and communicated that a manager would be in touch soon. Although I have not yet had work done by these folks, they did come highly recommended - I was told they do excellent work, are always reachable, and Mark (the owner) is a true professional.

Our furnace and a/c were not giving us a problem but opted to get new ones because ours were 24 years old. We got different quotes from different companies and different brands. We decided to go with the Trane because that is what we had and they had worked fine. Mark and Jonathan came and took the old one out and new one in in about 7 hours. We hardly knew they were here. Both were professional and nice. Haven't had to use the air yet but am happy with the furnace so far. It is quieter and keeps the temperature more even throughout the day. Thanks Mark and Jonathon.

My furnace stopped working and they correctly told me that unfortunately it was not a good idea to fix it and probably not long before my air conditioner went also as both systems were 33 years old as average life of both is 20 years! They were very professional and helped teach us things we did not even know about our own heat and air system since we bought the house 5 years ago. We were suffering through not understanding why our home was so hot on second story and at least 10 degrees less on main floor and apparently there is a valve in basement meant to help that and turn it off in winter that they explained!! They also gave us other advice on how to get heat to other rooms not getting enough heat. Our home is over 160 years old and was not designed for furnaces and central air originally so I can't thank them enough for their expertise!! Highly recommend them and their honesty!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Comfort Specialist since they've installed my furnace years ago. I do their maintenance plan and have had no issues with my system at all. Jonathan has been professional, works clean, always changes my filter and does a thorough maintenance check. Comfort Specialists is great company and has great customer service.
