I was looking for an electrician to help with updating the light fixture in my dining room. I noticed Jonathan’s work vehicle in our neighborhood and decided to give him a call. Jonathan answered the call on the first attempt, stopped by my home on the same day, and returned the following day to complete the project. He did an amazing job and I definitely will be saving his number for future projects!

Jonathan is very responsive with timing and experienced with difficult, non standard projects. He is a creative thinker who can safely think through applications for the best outcome. He has high standards for his work and I found his integrity refreshing and comforting. Gray Duck operates with kindness and respect to women, which I have not found to be common with trades people at my home. I have been thrilled after the work was finished as the area was cleaned, and the work completed with competence and positive aesthetics. This guy is the Real Deal for a licensed electrician, and I found his pricing reasonable.

Amazing service and communication from start to finish. Jon not only answered my call on a Saturday afternoon, he came out and was able to get me temporary power until my panel could be replaced. He didn’t charge me a trip charge, emergency fee, or anything above and beyond for this call. He and his team did a full panel replacement, brought my house up to current code, scheduled the inspections, and took care of all the stressful details.
