I was in communication with Roddy to replace our master bedroom fan since the motor went out & to help us troubleshoot a fan in a different room since it wasn’t working well. Roddy was very communicative and responded quickly. Desmond & Chase came out, worked efficiently to replace our old fan and even fixed our other fan without any issues! They were kind, polite & worked quickly. Thank you for your help, our summer is going to be so much cooler!! 🙂

Not knowing much about electrician work, I vetted several companies. Advanced Electrical Innovations, Inc. was the only one that actually asked questions and even helped troubleshoot over the phone. We have two identical ceiling fans in a room, one was broken and initially we were looking to repair the broken one. The wiring was twisted off and broken. Exploring options to repair was possible but the job would take more time and be more expensive. We ordered a fan and had it replaced. It was less expensive and a better option. Nick completed the repair, was professional, completed the work promptly, and cleaned up the workspace before leaving. He even had a small hand-held vacuum cleaner to ensure all particles and dust were cleaned up. The overall experience from phone call to job completion was positive and we will definitely use AEI, Inc. for future electrical projects. They are reasonably priced and honest. They provide invoicing and you can pay online post job completion.

Roddy and his team did an excellent job installing my Tesla Wall Charger. I have used them in the past for other jobs and will continue. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and excellent service. I will continue to refer my friends and family.

AEI was very prompt and professional in responding to our request for home troubleshooting. We reached out to them regarding a burning smell that we could not locate. Roddy made time to come to my home the following morning and performed a complete and thorough investigation. He took every precaution to make sure me and my family were safe, ultimately located the source, and resolved the issue. It is nice to know we now have a trustworthy licensed electrician we can rely on for future needs!

AEI completed a multifaceted project that included wiring for a new range, conduit around the house, new sub panel, EV charging, moving outlets, lighting, and more. It is clear that Roddy is a master of his trade and was able to answer every question we had. He regularly checked in with us to ask clarifying questions or offer his expertise on certain specifics as they would come up. Our house has many quirks and it did not seem to phase him at all. His bid / quote was clear, and his pricing extremely fair and reasonable. Communication has been excellent by both email and text, we always received a reply when we reached out and scheduling was easy. He was prompt, arriving early every day and working the entire day long just as he said he would. Everything was done to a high level while being extremely clean and tidy, going as far as even cleaning up dust from the top of the light fixture after drilling. They left our house and yard in perfect condition each day. It was a pleasure to have Roddy in our home, and beyond doing great work he was also a kind and friendly person. His associate and apprentice represented AEI well, and were equally as great as Roddy himself.
