I am so pleased with the professionalism and expertise of My Guy Heating & Air Conditioning! From the moment Brody arrived he impressed with his care and knowledge about various options available for a home heating and air system! I had researched the best options for the home and decided that My Guy offered the best price for these services and equipment! The installation from Greg and his team was done with care and expertise. The whole experience lived up to my expectations and I feel confident about my decision to go with the My Guy team!

My Guy installed our HVAC system a few years ago and has been servicing it for us seasonally ever since. They always do a great job of keeping everything functioning well. We are very pleased with their service. Scott came out today to service our furnace before our winter needs. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept everything clean. Josh and Kevin addressed an issue with our master bedroom running warmer than the rest of the house in the summertime. They implemented a fix to my ductwork. Josh was very communicative and discussed all my questions very clearly. Great job!

I was very impressed with the service. My appointment window was between 10am–12pm, and I honestly expected them closer to 12pm. Instead, I received a courtesy call at 9:30 letting me know they were on the way. Ernie arrived promptly, explained everything clearly, and got right to work. They performed a flush on my hot water heater and said it was actually in pretty good shape. He also asked to see my main water shut-off valve, inspected the backflow valves, and checked that area as well. He noted that my water pressure was too high and made a helpful recommendation. Overall, it was a very good experience—professional, thorough, and reasonably priced.

Our air conditioner is an old system that just stopped running. Tyler, our technician took 20 minutes to diagnose a bad coil which he removed & replaced. The system now runs great. A very professional company that contacted us before they arrived and made sure they answered all our questions. They did not try to sell us another system, but told us of the possible risk of repairing a system as old as ours. We highly recommend My Guy Heating, Air & Plumbing.

Tyler came to my home to repair my air conditioning unit. He is so respectfully explained the issues and fix it right away. On our conversation he called me " mam " just in respect. He was able to direct me to the unit and other issues and recommendation just in case if this issues happens again. I like this guy Tyler, very honest , precise and caring.
