When told that replacing the main electrical circuit breaker panel box where power enters the home and is distributed throughout the house, installing a ground rod, and replacing 48 switches and plugs, would be a one day job, I was skeptical. When 3 servicemen arrived at 8:00am as scheduled, my opinion began to change. With lead man Courtney Perkins spearheading the job and directing Adam and Steven, the job was completed as committed. The crew was timely, expert and efficient. Let's add courteous and entirely professional. I was particularly impressed when Courtney sat in his service vehicle until 7:30 pm when Ameren finally arrived to turn the electrical service back on. He then went throughout the house insuring that every circuit was functional. If it sounds like I was impressed with the price and quality of work, I indeed was. I'm sure every at Potts is great. However, if you can hold out and snag Courtney Perkins and Adam Barnes you will not be disappointed. I had them out for a big job and they absolutely killed it. Everything is so very clean and they were very easy to work with. Super happy with the job they did. Would absolutely have them out again if need be.

Courtney responded to our issue regarding a faulty ceiling light fixture in our garage. Within minutes of arrival, he diagnosed the problem and remediated the issue. Courtney definitely checked all the boxes: professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, detailed, thorough. We were completely happy with his work, and will certainly call Potts again for our future electrical needs!

The team at Potts Electric was extremely helpful and understanding in their renovating the electrical work throughout our house. My wife has dementia and they scheduled us in such a way that didn't inconvenience her. The work that they then did was fast (done in a day) and extremely efficient. I am so satisfied with how everything turned out that I can only give them the highest recommendation possible. Once again I want to thank them for the job and being so understanding of my wife and our situation.

Excellent from start to finish. Montell, who came out to give us the quote, was friendly, professional, and informative (and also didn't judge me for my complete lack of electrical vocabulary). We needed some outdoor outlets placed, indoor outlets replaced, and what turned out to be quite a bit of work to redo some of what was clearly DIY wiring by a former owner. The office coordinated seamlessly with Ameren and the city inspector, we didn't have to do a single thing except pick a time that worked for us for them to come out. Preston showed up on the day of and was equally pleasant and professional, got right to work and made sure everything was correct. Sean came later and the same could be said for him. All 3 of them were respectful of our home and happy to answer questions, and so CLEAN we wouldn't have known they were there. Highly recommend the services of this company, should we need more work done in the future they'll be my first call.

We had a great experience with Potts for a massive project. New electrical panel, all outlets and switches upgraded and 20 can lights put in. The team did a great job and was great to work with. I'm also very impressed with their response time for any issues we've faced post-project. Great communication and reliable company. Courtney (and the rest of the team) did a wonderful job.
