We had several small odd-jobs needed in our home. McChesney had an electrician out the next day and he got everything done within a few hours. Chris was kind, professional, and did a fantastic job! He also did a great job cleaning up, leaving the working areas just as he found them. McChesney will be my first call anytime I need electrical work done.

Chris The Master Electrician was amazing!! I lost power last night due to an issue with my electrical system and I had another electrician who was supposed to come out and was extremely delayed. When they did arrive they quoted me $1700 to restore my power. Since they were so delayed I had already scheduled for McChesney Electric to come out. Chris arrived not too long after the rival company. He was very polite and offered to leave in case we no longer needed him, but my husband decided to get a second opinion, since he was already here. Thank God that we did. Chris was able to repair it for $450 and will be back soon to complete the job and we were quoted $600 for the rest. His professionalism and knowledge was greatly appreciated and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs any electrical work done. Especially Chris specifically. Thank you so much! Also as an aside I really appreciated how nice and personable the young lady who answered the phone to schedule for a tech to come out was. She was amazing!! Update: Chris came back out to complete the job as scheduled and did an amazing job. It was done within the time and price quoted to me. I have and will continue to recommend this location if anyone is ever in need of an electrician!

This place is great. We had an issue with no power in our upstairs, and they came out same day. Everyone I dealt with was professional. I wish I recalled the name of woman I spoke with on the phone, but along with her, Rueben & Craig who came to my house were fantastic. They arrived on time, were friendly, helped me understand what they were doing to fix the issue, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The price was very reasonable, and they got things figured out quickly. All in all, a fantastic experience using this company.

McChesney rewired my entire 1920s house, pretty much from top to bottom, to eliminate knob and tube wiring. They also repaired/fixed several other issues, including: a new service panel, service hookup outside, correcting HVAC wiring, trenching wiring underground for a detached garage, installing an EV level 2 car charger, as well as adding several outlets and fixing existing light fixtures. They did a huge amount of work and completed it in pretty much record timing. It is obvious that McChesney cares about their customers and their homes, and takes high pride in the work they are doing. They are a thorough and true "family owned business" and I can't recommend them enough. Every aspect of the entire process was great. Stellar communication, prompt responsiveness, friendly administrative staff - everything was amazing. McChesney will be my go-to for anything electrical - and I will continue to sing their praises to any neighbors or folks who need work done. They are ABSOLUTELY the best around.

Very rude of you live anywhere near them. They tend to use power tools at 7am and we're very rude about it when I tried to contact them directly about the problem. Kept hanging up on me. Next time I'll just call the police and make a noise complaint in compliance with city ordinance.

First time home owner and first time needing an electrician. I was nervous because it’s an old house and you never what you’ll run into and was just hoping I’d get a solid electrician. Chris was much more than solid, he was top notch. I am incredibly grateful for his expertise today. He not only diagnosed and resolved both of my issues, but taught me a lot and provided me some advice for the future. Will be a returning customer.
