I’m disappointed with my experience scheduling with Votum Electric, LLC. I had multiple appointments booked, but each one was rescheduled—sometimes with very little notice. This made it difficult to plan my time and caused unnecessary frustration. I understand that things can come up, but the lack of consistency and communication made me feel like my time wasn’t valued. I was really hoping for a smoother process, and unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet my expectations. I hope the company takes steps to improve their scheduling practices and customer communication going forward.

Corey and Mark arrived on time and got to work promptly. They were friendly and I also appreciated that they immediately put on masks, without my having to ask. Votum Electric was very accommodating to our need for quick install and working around all of the other contractors schedules. Votum even moved us up on the calendar twice in order to get our work done faster. They were great at working with some of the curveballs during construction. Sue even came out to the house to let my dogs out so the inspector would feel comfortable coming in while I was at work. Please choose Votum for your next project.
