Service tech Jacob Borden arrived on time, was very polite and explained what the procedure was and the cost involved. Kept us updated on progress and said everything was looking good after procedure. Gave us hints on how to keep drain flowing. I had the good fortune of having Jacob Diaz come out to my 125 year old house to inspect and advise me on air conditioning and plumbing issues I was facing. He very patiently and thoroughly explained (with photos, no less) the repairs that would improve my quality of life, as well as that of my old house. (I finally have an idea of how central air works.) He described, without any kind of pressure, that I could effect the necessary repairs ( the greatest being the repair of my collapsed main sewer line and sewage leakage under my house) through affordable and hassle-free financing. The very affordable yearly maintenance service was a nice bonus. He was very patient and addressed all my concerns with a high degree of professionalism. Soon, I'll be able to sleep comfortably in this intense heat and no longer wonder or worry about the strange odor emanating from under my house. Mr. Diaz has my highest recommendation and gratitude.

Jacob Diaz spent three hours checking my heating and air conditioning systems and explaining to me my options and his recommendations. He answered all my questions and drew diagrams to help me understand each of the air conditioning options available. Had Gerardo Chavez come out to service a shower leak and flush my tankless water heater. Did a fantastic job at a very reasonable cost. This is definitely my go to Plumbing Company to use! We had MB plumbing come out to do the annual maintenance of our ac/furnace and compressor. Ryan came out to the do the work. He was on time and is a very knowledgeable guy on our system. He did a very good job and took time to explain what he was doing. MB is fortunate to have someone like Ryan in their company.
