We’ve always had great service from Lion Home Service! They’re fast, friendly, and super reliable. I really appreciate how easy it is to schedule online, and their communication is excellent from start to finish. Josh was great—professional and personable. Even though we live in a pretty remote area, they’re always on time and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend Lion Home Service for septic pumping and any other home services you need!

First, I'll say that the people, especially the technician, were very nice and polite. For that, I'll give an extra star. But thats where my good feedback stops. I asked for a quote to install a utility sink in my laundry room. The rough ins were already in place, and the sink was built and ready to go. The only job was to make the connections to the sink and to plumb in a few pieces. I was quoted $1500. A price I immediately turned down. After that, I reached out to another local company, got a quote of $350, and it was installed perfectly in one hour with no issues at all. I understand the concept of doing business, but the price for what it was is absolutely unacceptable. They are not competitively priced at all. Better have deep pockets!

Amazing! I called at 11am and the job was finished by 3:30pm all in the same day! Plumber Taylor Longwell showed up only an hour after I requested the appointment and he was able to replace my hot water heater in only a few hours. He was friendly, clearly knew what he was doing, and a proper gentleman! Thanks Taylor!

We called Lion for some odd power outage issues in happening in half of our house. Customer support was very friendly and it was super easy to schedule the required service. Both electricians Garrett and Kyle were prompt, professional, and were able to diagnose and solve the issue in a timely manner. They were very patient and understanding during both follow up services as well, and overall we are really glad we called Lion!

After checking quotes the replace my water heater from other companies, I called Lion. Gabe was dispatched out and did a thorough inspection and evaluation of the overall situation. He not only assessed my water heater situation but also pointed out some safety issues and remedies to bring it all up to code. He provided a clear, detailed quote and explanation of several package options. I never felt the least bit of pressure to buy, just informed and respected. After agreeing to an option for work to be done, I was scheduled for the installation the very next day. Matt and his co-worker arrived promptly and the entire job was completed within a couple of hours. These folks are top-notch pros. Everyone involved was friendly, expert and left me feeling valued, confident and overall comfortable in the products and service provided. I not only enjoy the convenience of having hot water again, but also feel much safer in my home, knowing that the additional code updated items were taken care of. Overall, their prices are competitive and reasonable for the quality of service provided, knowing they back their products and work. I made the right decision in hiring Lion Home Services. I highly recommend them. Peace of mind is priceless!

Bart did an excellent job in inspecting and servicing my furnace and air conditioner. He was very patient and explaining what he was doing why he was doing it and why it was important. He did not appear to be pressed for time but rather was responsive and careful and answering any questions that I had. He also created a very helpful report on the health of my HVAC system, and shared with me some options that I might have moving forward. Highly recommend.

James was fantastic. He helped solve my lighting problem and was kind and patient the entire time. Highly recommend!
