PCA Electrical Services

My initial contact with the company was through Emily and she we very nice and professional in providing me with a quote and in coordinating the actual install of my new lighting fixtures. Pablo and the nice gentlemen with him were awesome! They are true professionals and they did not leave a mess behind. I would certainly recommend them and I will be using them again in the not to distant future.

PCA is professional and very accommodating. They were able to complete our job in a very tight time frame and kept us posted on the job status every day. Emily was so a real pleasure to work with. They showed up when they said they would be there and kept the job site clean. Definitely will recommend and use again when needed !

I contacted PCA to replace some electrical panels for one of my buildings. Pablo met me on site to go through what was involved and showed me some other issues that would have to be addressed. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I received the proposal very quickly and schedule with them to complete the work. The staff at PCA did an amazing job on this project! I have hired PCA for other electrical work I need! I would definitely recommend Pablo and PCA Electrical Services!

Great company. They did a great job in telling me what was wrong, what needed to have fix and gave me several options. Nice to work with an honest company. They provided me a prompt services and everything was done in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the service call and would recommend PCA Electrical Services.

PCA doesn't know the rules and regulations. After completing the first part of the job, the inspector came out and informed them that FPL has to disconnect the power to the breaker box, not PCA. They say they didn't know that, which is a lie, other companies that quoted me told me that FPL would have to come out and disconnect power. Also that I need a new grounding system. (Being a Electrical Contractor you would think they would know this stuff *they don't*) Now I waited weeks for them to come out to finish the job with FPL. I had to call many times to get this scheduled. They don't answer the phone or call you back. You have to keep hounding them to get them moving to answer you. After many weeks waiting for them to finish what they started they wanted to charge me more than the estimate. They took a deposit for the job and permit, then wanted to charge me over the estimate for the permit, which was clearly written in the estimate to begin with. I will never use them again. Pablo the owner doesn't know how to run a business and doesn't know the regulations and rules for doing work on electrical items. Stay away.

I had wonderful service from the beginning. Great customer service and very professional. They offer same day appointments and flexible with time, which is what I needed with my hectic schedule and very fair rates. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable, was in and out and cleaned up before completed. I am so glad I chose them and now have an electrician I can rely upon.

Scam business called me claiming to be FPL with a scheduled day to come disconnect my power meanwhile FPL has no knowledge of them and my bill is up to date. Immediately gave me another number to call to try to collect money
