Their customer service staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable about how to solve my problems, and can make requested changes to my account quickly. The app is very easy to navigate and has never given me any problems. I know that whenever I have a problem or need some answers, I can depend on them to assist me.

Customer service: The customer service associates are efficient and polite however Associates do not solve the same problems so after verbally tussling with the automatic voice system, that will end up not understanding you, you may have to be transferred to different people, which is an additional wait time. Price: very expensive for a person living in a 700 sqft apartment and does not keep the AC on constantly and limits how high the temperature ️ is set during winter.

Hi! Sorry to bother you so late. Just left and wanted to just say that I appreciate whoever fixed the parking lot lights!!! The parking lot is so bright now Please extend my gratitude to whoever did the work please. I know not everyone understands but it definitely made me feel a lot safer to leave being able to see my surroundings. I also think it deters people from doing bad things. I always leave my porch light on at home for same reason. So again, thank you very much!!

Same as the rest. Monthly bills keep increasing with added spike claims among all else to extort more money from us. Anyone on here reading reviews please reach out to me on Facebook. I called the number given to me to set up electric in my name for the first time. I had a pleasant experience talking to Brandon from Tennessee. He gave me all the info I needed and read me all the disclaimers he was supposed to. If he sees this review, I’d love for him to get a shoutout. The whole process was very smooth.

This is the worst company in America. I have never had to call the power company before but this year I have called them six times because they can’t send me a paperless bill that is actually correct. I think we should all show up at their office and protest against them. If they don’t fix my bill I will!!!!

I recently just received a bill that was outrageous. Turns out I didn't pay my bill from two months past, But I did and wrote down the day I made the payment. I do my payments online and recently they updated their payment website and When i click submit payment The screen stays the same, No indication or email saying I paid my bill. I call today and whoever I got in theory stated that I am two month behind a bill, Which I was already aware of and called for that reason and more. I explain to them and they give me another number to call. Useless also.
