Team was excellent. Arrived around 9am and left before 5 pm. Installed a Span electrical Sub panel and also a Spam EV charger. Install looked very professional and they were the only ones out of five vendors that were familiar with installing a Span panel Highly recommend planning ahead if you have a panel replacement as you go effectively to without power for the entire time.

This is a review of HVAC services provided by Fuse Services. I am a retired HVAC (and General) Contractor and before I retired I always used a competent sub-contractor when I could not perform a trade to my satisfaction. I installed my existing HVAC system myself over twenty years ago, and it was still operating satisfactorily. However, I try to replace major appliances before they fail because it is far less disruptive (and often less expensive) to do so. But now I’m in my mid-seventies and not as agile in an attic as I used to be. As part of my due diligence I of course researched Fuse Service reviews on Google and Yelp, and made my selection based primarily on that information. In my opinion, and my experience, project cost is secondary to value; meaning personnel timeliness, craftsmanship, vendor dependability and product reliability are all an important part of the purchase decision making process. (Cheap is rarely inexpensive, and in the end often costs more. You don't always get what you pay for, but you never get what you don't pay for.) With respect to cost, while Fuse was certainly not the cheapest of the multiple bids I obtained, they were also not the most expensive, so I decided to go with them. The Fuse Service project evaluation process was professional, thorough and responsive. They were readily able to incorporate several unique system design requests that I wanted (and which would normally not come up in a standard home bid). The installation process was profoundly EXCELLENT! The Lead Installer Aiden and his associate were fantastic workers. They were energetic, incredibly hardworking, thoughtful, creative, exhibited superior customer service and simply professional to the highest degree imaginable. I have very high standards when it comes to my work and I was pleasantly surprised beyond my expectations by their performance. (If I were still in business I would hire them in an instant!) I was entirely pleased with the outcome. In closing, as a retired HVAC Contractor, I recommend Fuse Service WITHOUT RESERVATION!

Hired Fuse to help install a 24,000 BTU mini split on my upstairs level. The team led by Vlad did an incredible job with the overall install considering how complex it was to install. The team provided clear steps on the process and provided the best quote I got from over 8 different bay area companies! My new home now has the perfect heating and cooling settings that will keep my family comfortable for many years to come. I had a great experience with Fuse. I had a Tesla charger installed directly to my outside panel and also replaced my 10-30 receptacle. Azam was very communicative and helpful. He went above and beyond my expectations!

Fuse offered the best quote for my HVAC replacement. My installer, Aiden, arrived on time. Was respectful of my property. The team completed my HVAC replacement as planned and cleaned everything up afterwards. Aiden explained the new set up to me and showed me how to change my filter. I’m happy with the results.

Experience with Fuse HVAC was nice. Required a little bit hands on but overall happy. They kept the house clean too for the most part while working.

After a quick visit Fuse presented us with a couple of options and reasonable priced quotes. When we had given them the approval, an installation technician came out to make sure that the presented option was truly possible. In the next step we faces a couple of hiccups with receiving the right insurance documents for our HOA approval. But once that was set it went really fast and especially an installation technician by the name Aiden was really helpful, explaining what the were doing during the installation. It was a 2 day job and Aiden provided some helpful insights in how to operate the system. We still have to get used to the heatpump system, play with it, before hopefully we can really fine tune it to the ultimate settings. Overall great job, now let's see how their maintenance services are
