I’m so happy with my replacement windows! I bought my house 10 years ago with cloudy water stained windows from 1978. All windows have been upgraded to energy efficient double pane windows and they’re so beautiful I cried. You can’t even tell a window is there. I have not shut my blinds because I can’t stop enjoying the view. Installation was quick, clean and affordable. Wish I had done this sooner. They even came back to rehang my shades once windows were set. Very accommodating! Would definitely recommend this company because they really care about their work and the customer. They are even going to return to build a patio for me!!! Just has patio addition to existing patio by Omar and Christian. What a wonderful job! It’s so beautiful can’t wait for everyone to see. My picnic table my Dad built by hand is now protected (the reason for additional patio). I’m so happy!! Now uncovered and I can visit him always. They added ceiling fans to both patios. Everything is so beautiful. They also cleaned up after themselves and were so very polite and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone. Wish I could give a 5 star review for customer service follow up. But I would give a 1/2 star to customer service. 2 fans were installed in my patio. The light on one fan keeps turning on by itself. Frank seems to be the one in charge but to get him to answer my texts or have someone come out as promised is impossible. I’ve called and texted and it seems like as soon as they have your money they forget you. I’ve included 2 separate days of ceiling fans. Customer service is key in today’s times. Too bad Frank spoils it for this company. Disappointed much?

Cristian and Omar installed two doors for us! They were fast, effecient and tidy. Cleaned up after themselves and left my home looking better than when they came! Really appreciate them!

I gotta say this patio cover is one of the best investments for the house. Very professional, great material and also it has a LIFETIME warranty. That is a big thing for me when it comes to this, anything that happens to it whether is touchup paint or if it needs a repair, if you need to install a fan. They do this for you. They also leave extra touch up paint with you after they install it. My sales guy Austin went above and beyond for me helping me and answering every question I had before the process and during the process. I also gotta say Mauricio. Who is the guy in charge of the team who builds up the patio was also amazing during the process of the buildup. They all have great communication with you as you make this purchase and answer every question you need. No, I’m ready for summer and winter or any season of the year.

The 3 installers, Christian being one of them I believe, were very professional and informative. They answered all my questions and made it very clear they were here to make this experience as easy on us as they possibly could.
