Wow! What a great experience! From my first contact with Josie, who was efficient, cheerful and professional to my experience with the electricians, Chris and Rick. Chris and Rick were professional, informative and incredibly friendly. They explained everything in language i could understand. I love that they gave a free estimate that I could then choose to move forward or not. These guys are always going to be my go to for all my electrical needs in the future!!!!

Sergey was a big help with needed repairs, a rewiring project, and explained everything well. Josy also was good with scheduling and getting Mr. Electric available onsite. Our second time with Mr. Electric and we'll continue to rely on their team in the future.

Sergey did a fantastic job with a variety of electrical installations in multiple rooms! Really fast, professional, friendly service. Josie in the office was super easy to talk to to get the job going!

I had a faulty GFCI plug. Quick call to Mr Electric with a quick follow up and fast service. Raul Lopez was dispatched in a timely fashion and provided excellent communication about arrival. Raul did a quick safety check, informed us about some upgrades to maintain code, fixed the issue and even provided me some basic electrical info. Raul was very professional.

Sergey came over again, this time to replace more of our under counter lighting, which had been installed by a much lesser electric company. While he was here, I asked him to put lighting in my long, narrow, difficult closet. He came up with a wonderful idea. Now I can see all my clothes and it looks wonderful in there, like having a new closet. I hope we won’t need more electrical work but it’s always great to see Sergei. He’s just the best. And he’s also a wonderful communicator who can always help us understand what needs to be done and how he’s gonna do it, as well as the price.

Thank you to Josie for being so nice and helpful on the phone to book a first time appointment. She was efficient in learning what I needed and so kind. Rick the technician was also fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Explained my options with no pressure and went right to work. I had several things to be done and he accomplished them quickly explaining as he did each one. Thank you for a fabulous experience. I am do happy with the service and feel assured by the warranty. Kudos to Josie and Rick. Thank you!
