My family and I have worked with Cross Controls on multiple occasions, and each time they have always been incredibly responsive, accessible, and skilled. This locally owned family business is a true pleasure to work with—from the first call to the completion of the job, their professionalism and care exceed any of the rest. Most recently, we had an electrical issue late at night on a holiday, and even then the owner personally stepped in to help and quickly resolve the problem. Their dedication and expertise give us complete peace of mind, and we couldn’t recommend Cross Controls more highly.

Amazing service, professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond. We first used Cross Controls for dock electric. They powered the motors to a few lifts, added 30 amp outlets, added the standard outlets. Then they did work inside our home with switches and outlets. During quote process I discussed all the things I'd like changed... it seemed like so much. But they were very well equipped to handle all the things I threw their way. Also advised on things that I shouldn't change. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Thanks!

The guys at Cross Controls did an amazing job installing 2 EV chargers for me this morning. They were fast, clean, and courteous. They were experts and explained everything to me. The install was extremely neat as well. To top it all off, the pricing was very reasonable. I can recommend them to anyone and will be using them again.

Honest and reliable company. We had a circuit that went dead on our breaker panel. It wasn't tripped, but nothing on that circuit was working. I called Cross Controls from seeing their vans around town. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning and they came out, checked for the issue and had our service back in less than two hours. This was my first time needing an electrician but I'm saving their number for when that time comes again.

The best...called me to see what was going on figured it out in seconds...we fixed it and moved on.. most would have come out and made some B's to get paid.. will be saving this number.. thank you
