Landmark Electric

I called to get somebody to come out to get an estimate and scheduled a time slot. I had to pay upfront- no big deal. First time I scheduled I called at 2:45- my time slot was 12-3. Nobody was even anywhere close to coming. I rescheduled. Second time I waited until 3:45 and called to ask for a refund. I get being late but they do not communicate and I wouldn’t use this company going forward.

Customer service is BAD the person who answered the phone just keeps talking and does not let finish talking and explaining what needs to be fix I am Very disappointed my builder hire them but it’s been difficult to have them come in to make repairs. Electric issues are extremely worrying and knowing this company is not responsible it’s sad. I will consider other companies before going with them since there is no guarantee and no one cares about doing the right thing here!

Sergio was awesome! He was very personable, professional, thorough, prompt and courteous. Sergio provided a exceptional customer experience. I hope all of their employees are like Sergio. If so, I will continue to us Landmark Electric.

The electricians at Landmark Electric know their stuff. They were professional, on time, and fixed my wiring issue without any hassle.
