Luke was awesome. My most impressive repair person so far! Stella, my kitty, even got to help Inspect the furnace. Luke was very knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough and explained everything to me and showed me what he was talking about. He offered suggestions for my duct Airflow issue. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself and I can’t even hear my AC running now. It is so quiet. I hope it gets me another 10+ years.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Matt. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace, explained everything in simple terms, and had it running perfectly in no time. He has great attention to detail and respect for my home. He arrived in a timely manner, worked efficiently and left everything spotless. Matt has done work in our home previously and has always maintained these standards.

Everyone I had contact with at Golden Rule has been great, but I do want to highlight that we had the absolute best experience with Cooper Killian from Golden Rule Plumbing. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, incredibly kind, and genuinely easy to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, he was able to identify the source of the leak right away and walked us through the next steps in a way that made everything make sense. Shawn Wells was awesome! When he got here, he asked if I was having any problems with the furnace or air conditioner. I told him no. He explained what he would be doing for both the furnace and the AC. After being in the basement he came up and showed me pictures of the inside of the furnace. He said he didn’t find any issues. He pointed out one part of the furnace (sorry I can’t remember the name) but he said it was very clean. I told him I replace my filter every 3 months. He said keep that up because that is why it is so clean. About the AC he said there was something that was starting to rust but not to worry nothing had to be done right now on it. He thought it would be best to check it again next year after using it all summer. He was very personable and professional. He seemed like a really nice guy. I could tell he knew his stuff about the heating unit and AC unit.

Cooper was such a pleasure to work with! He was thorough with his inspection upon arrival and explained his findings with me so I could understand my options and was very patient while I chose what was the best option for me. He made me feel at ease with a less than ideal situation and turned it into a very positive experience! Dylan and Alex were great also, they completed my repairs efficiently and made sure to go through what they did and how everything works with me. Everyone I worked with was incredibly respectful and kind from start to finish! Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received today. My dog was also a fan of her new friends!
