These guys are top notch!! First job I had them do was a Tesla wall charger a couple of years ago. They were absolutely amazing. So, when I was informed by Dominion that I needed a meter base replacement, they were my first call and ironically the Dominion guy name dropped them a bunch! They just finished and again, awesome service! Pat is the man and was awesome to work with.

Joe arrived on time and diagnosed the problems we were having quickly. He provided both an immediate fix and a longer-term plan, if needed further down the road, but we truly appreciated that he did not pressure or upsell. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism! Joe’s explanations of the issues and his repairs were very clear. We will call him again for any of our electrical needs. We have had Joe and his team back several times since our first review. They have been here to add a 20 amp circuit, an outdoor fan, and a new circuit and interior fan. All the work was completed as priced and on schedule. We are very pleased with the results and the professional services we have received.

This is my third time using Storm Electric LLC. They are my electrician now and in the future. Their service impeccable. Their professionalism can’t say enough. The crews are awesome. And the office staff is even better. If they say they’re gonna do something, they do it. They show up on time and they don’t leave until it’s done.

These guys are awesome. Tag, Patrick, and Ashley worked with the city of Hampton and Dominion to replace my power meter base and my main panel. It was an emergency and they could've overcharged me, but they didn't and give me a fair price. They were super communicative throughout the whole process and always show up on time. Highly recommend and I will be using them for future projects.

Storm Electric helped us to understand a problem with the motion sensor spotlight over our garage. This was a small job but they treated us with professionalism and helped us to understand the issues. They accomplished the installation of the new fixture, identified the circuits for us, and made everything was working properly. We felt that they treated us fairly and made an effort to earn our business. We will remember this.
