Zach and Ryan came and assisted with my whole home surge protection package! The installation went extremely smooth and everything is working properly, giving me the utmost protection on my system. Super impressed with these guys and Mr. Electric and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of electrical service, especially if you want the peace of mind!

Scott came out and took care of what was requested and more. He kept updated communication throughout the day into evening and even went above and beyond to look at additional projects on the property that needed attention. His professionalism and patience was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and took time to help me understand what was being done and why—which is always very important for me. Much appreciated. Ryan, the technician, arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly explained what was going on before starting working. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it safely, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I'll definitely be calling them again in the future.

My house has aluminum wiring and Scott safely installed 4 can lights and a ceiling fan. He cleaned it all up afterward and it looks great! And I dont think he ever stopped smiling! Will use them again.

Replaced the old electrical panel in my Colerain Township home. Clearly explained what he was doing throughout the service call and completed the job in a timely manner. Removal of debris and post job clean up was excellent. Would use their services again
