Beco is a great company. I had 2 kitchen pendant lights installed. Since there was no power in the ceiling they had to fish the electric cable thru the ceiling and down the wall to the other light switches. They added a switch for the pendants. They had to cut a 4" hole in the sheetrock to bend the cable down the wall, which was easily repaired. They protected the island and countertop. The kept the work site tidy. They were friendly, courteous, and very competent. I wish I could remember the electrician’s name as he is a very competent and an impressive young man. The price was fair and I am very pleased with the installation. I had several competitors bid on the job, two were rude, two were greedy, and another just downright disrespectful. I was afraid of what the cost was going to be but it turned out to be just what I was quoted. My wife spoke with the office to arrange payment and she commented how professional the staff were. I am giving Beco 5 stars and a strong recommendation. If you have an electrical project just go to Beco. It will be done correctly, timely and you will be a happy camper. Bill in Mebane.

We could not be more pleased. Electrician was on time, did all work very quickly and professionally, and was just very helpful in information. We will always use Beco. Just recently installed floor electrical outlets. Guys did a great job, very professional and incredibly neat.

We only trust BECO for our electrical repairs. We've been using them since 2015 and they always diagnose the problem correctly, and fix it quickly. From their support staff to all their technicians, everyone is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their rates are fair and they give accurate quotes. Today we had an issue and they were able to respond within 2 hours! Can't say enough good things about this company.

I see so many reviews complaining about cost of service. You need professionals when it comes to your electricity! You are paying for quality and reliability, both of which you will find with this company. Their technicians are well trained and their office staff is stellar. I spoke with Sandra in customer service, she was so kind, caring and helpful. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a conversation with Nick in scheduling when I had an issue with time and he was understanding and courteous. When the technicians came to repair my issue, they were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Lastly, I spoke with Brandy in the billing department at receipt of my invoice. I thought I had gotten an answering machine when she answered the phone-she should be on radio! She was so sweet, pleasant, and easy to talk to. THIS is what you pay for and THIS experience is what will keep me coming back! Take names and post the good things, folks! It isn’t difficult!

Very friendly customer service, great hourly rates. They were able to get out to the property within a few hours of calling and even took care of more than what we asked for. Mark was our electrician that day and he communicated when he would arrive, the work that he did and when he left. He went above and beyond to help save us money on supplies and labor. 5 stars for Beco and 15 stars for Mark!

Beco continues to deliver AMAZING service for our electrical issues as well as project planning for changes. We’ve used them now for 10 years across 2 different cities/homes. Never disappointed. We’ve had Alec several times for service calls. He does top notch work. He does a great job at explaining the issues so I understand.

What a great company! Alec and Steven came out to put my microwave on it’s on circuit, plus replace some wires. They are very knowledgeable and respectful. They even vacuumed before they left! Thank you so much for being a company with integrity. Side note: DO NOT USE BLAZE ELECTRICAL….
