By far hands down the best company to work with. They handled my home remodel and service my generator. After losing our power for a week I realized the priceless service they give. They were here every other day making sure my generator worked flawlessly!! Thank you Lindsey Electric!!!

UPDATE: We received a call shortly after posting this review from Teresa. She stated that she had sent the contract on 11/4. We still have not seen that original, so I suppose it's floating somewhere in the ether. That said, it was re-sent, so apparently they did follow through. I am withdrawing the negative comments. ------Not impressed. At least two weeks ago, we had an associate come to our home to have a look at the layout for a Generac generator. He was supposed to send us a quote within 48 hours. ONE WEEK later, he emailed my husband to say he was delayed because someone else was out of town, but that he would get a quote to us within a couple of days. We're still waiting. Given that they cannot even manage to give us a quote, we are highly suspect of any services they would provide. There is no trust therem so we won't be doing business with them. And we're literally two minutes away from their location!!

I installed a 26kW whole house Generac generator at my home. After winning the competitive bid (3 contractors), I awarded the job to Lindsey. They met all time obligations and did a first class installation. My background is electrical so I am a good measure for quality. These folks do great work at a fair price. They don't skimp on anything. Can't recommend them highly enough. They are awesome.

Outstanding Generac installation from beginning to end. Highly recommend this company. Reasonably priced, professional and easy to communicate with. The installers are knowledgeable, polite and clean up behind themselves.

Lindsey Electric was the answer to prayer. I needed a generator and updated electrical outlets for my home to accommodate hospital equipment needed for a family member. They came assessed what I needed, sent me an estimate, and set up the date they could do the work. The electricians were so polite and knowledgable. I was very pleased with everything they did and would highly recommend them.

I would like to say thanks to Lindsey’s Electric and their team for doing the best job clean work and professional people. I couldn’t ask for a better job. I have a recommend them and their employees and give them a 12 out of a 10 you’re the best. Thanks for being there for us.

Last week of May 2020, I called Lindsey Electric about an issue with my transfer switch for my generator. The person on the other end of the phone said she would give my contact information to Teresa, which I believe is the owner, and she would have Teresa contact me. That evening, Teresa did contact me and we talked about my issue and she seemed very knowledgeable about my issue and that she would send someone out the next day. The next day came around and I was not told when the Technician was coming out. I assumed I would have been notified in the morning on when the Tech was coming, I was wrong. The Tech came at an inconvenient time, but I did not turn him away because I wanted my issue fixed. The Tech said he needed to order a part and it should be in the following week. One week later and no word. Called the business up and the person on the other end could not help me, so she said she would have Teresa contact me. Teresa did contact me and told me that a Tech will be there either on Monday or Tuesday. Again no specific appointment time was decided upon, but I wanted my issue fixed. Monday came along, no one came out and no one called. By Tuesday late morning, no word. I made four phone calls in the morning and afternoon and each time the person on the other end just took my contact information and said they will give it to Teresa. After my fourth call, a Tech showed up without any notice. I was actually expecting a phone call, but again..I wanted my issue fixed. The Tech replaced the part, but it did not fix the problem. He said that I would need a new transfer switch, which I was willing to purchase and have them install it. I told him I would need an estimate first. He told me that the owners will get in touch with me and give me an estimate on putting in a new transfer switch. It's August 2020 and I haven't heard a word. Recap: I was going to give them one star, but gave them two because of the positive interactions with both the Tech and Teresa. The negatives about my experience: (1.) Lack of communication (2.) Employees can't schedule appointments without contacting the owner. (3.) Employees can't give out status on parts. (4.) Technician shows up unannounced without an appointment. I received a quote from Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical. I'm lucky that Hiller also does generators. I'll be dealing with Hiller because they are reliable.
