Ram is an absolutely wonderful human being inside and out. Easily a man you can trust and adore. He will take the time to listen to your needs, and provide you exactly what you want without trying to squeeze in more or overcharge you. In fact, he undersells himself and tries to save you as much money as possible. His Admin is a wonderful woman’ as well and his electricians who work for him are great too. I have no complaints and feel absolutely and completely and safe in his hands. He has the old school traditional mentality of doing honorable reliable business while providing great customer service, and I literally would trust this man with my life. 10/10 would recommend to everyone and I’d put my money on it. I will be calling him for all of my electrical needs for the rest of my time on this earth.

Highly recommend Quality, I had some issues with the lights in my garage. Matt and Hysen was extremely helpful, professional and resolved the issue in an efficient and expedient manner including having to go get additional supplies to complete my request.

Had a great experience with Ram from Quality Electrical. He was running a little behind our scheduled time but he called to let us know the updated arrival time (which wasn’t that much later than the original time -certainly well within what’s usual for this type of service). He understood what we wanted, did a thorough job and explained the answers to all our questions. Very happy to recommend and will use again in the future if the need arises.

We had one wall in our home that no longer had power - neither the outlets nor switches. After trying the usual things to fix it, I contacted quality electrical services. Since it was later in the day, they took my contact information and said they could come out the next day. They called promptly in the morning, confirmed the time to come, and kept checking in to let me know when they were on the way. Very professional and a great price, and my power is working again. I highly recommend!
