This project was difficult from start to finish because we came in behind another company that just totally dropped the ball. But we got it done a it is now a completely different looking house. My experience with Craig's Electric And Generator Service was great and memorable for all the right reasons. Thy have an organized company structure and have assembled a professional team to perform each task. From a personal referral (a guy i work with)to scheduling a on site estimate, to preparing and reviewing the proposal, to scheduling the equipment rough-in, system verification, startup, owner instructions, engine brake-in and final engine service; each team member had their act together. Now if only this Generator can keep the storms away.

The service and professionalism was/is first rate, the reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was the scheduled time was not met 1030-1230, David M, was held up at another job and did not arrive to my residence until after 1500hrs, but upon arrival David immediately went to work and diagnosed and repaired the issue in an expedient and efficient manner, there's no doubt that any and all electrical needs Craig's will be my first, second and probably third choice. If the appointment times is a little more in the window of expectation, then they are easily a 5+ star rated service provider. Thanks, Ms Leah and David M!!!

My first experience started with Kevin coming out to give me an estimate. Kevin not only offered a great deal on the generator but he also pointed out problems inside of my breaker box that needed to be changed and added it in my estimate to make sure my generator could preform like it should. My next experience was with someone at the office that stated I would be on a waiting list because they were backed up and never got back with me for months. I eventually called back and spoke with Shantell who got me back on track and scheduled for the next available appointment. I communicated with Kevin and Shantell throughout the permit process and they kept in touch with the city to keep things moving along while keeping me updated. Johnny, Joe, David, and Anthony completed my install from start to finish honoring everything that was included in my estimate, always showing up on time with very respectful and pleasant attitudes. This company is very professional and I would recommend Craig’s Electrical Generator Service to anyone.

They did a good job diagnosing the problem and handling the issue. Will say they are not cheap but then again I would rather have it done right the first time for a little more than multiple visits by someone cheaper!

We are so glad we switched to Craig’s Electric after a frustrating experience with another company. Everyone we’ve been in contact with on the phone or in person and even Craig himself are absolutely hands-down the best and honestly care about providing safe, efficient and respectable services to their customers.
