Phase NW Electricians

Gene and the rest of crew did a great job installing our level 2 EV charger. We live in an older house with limited power options. They were willing to figure out a solution to make it work. The Emporia Pro uses a load manager to make sure the charger doesn't use too much power when the rest of the house needs it. Highly recommend this company.

My assigned technician, Justis, was impressive in his knowledge, efficiency, courtesy (he had overshoe booties at the ready!), patience, politeness, professionalism, and timeliness. He quickly diagnosed my problem and presented viable options to remedy it. I was happy by the time he left. Given my interesting experience in searching for a good electrician company to help, NW Electricians were such a relief - from scheduling to actual site visit. I'll definitely call on NW Electricians for help in the future!

Very impressed. The technician, Justis, came out to quote a transfer switch install for my home generator. He spent quality time understanding my needs for now and in the future. He gave me several options and clearly explained each. He also made sure my existing connections in the panel were solid as part of the process.

We had a positive experience with Phase. Even though it was already the end of the business day, Mr. Brown still came by to assess our electrical emergency, which we really appreciated. The issue was resolved within an hour. Gene worked efficiently and left the job site clean, which we respect. Based on this experience, I would recommend this company.
