R L Thompson Electric

R L Thompson Electric installed all new stadium lights on our driving range, batting cages and mini golf course. They also replaced all of the interior light boxes and the exterior recessed lights in our shop. They did an amazing job, and everyone on their team was incredibly friendly and helpful. This was a big job, and it could have been very messy, but they were so thoughtful and careful there was no mess and we never had to close our business while work was being performed. They are the BEST!!!!

Leaving 1 because the electrician that came out was unprofessional. I believe his name was Mike. He damage the wall and when I pointed it out to him he "said they have to fix the drywall anyway". You damage you fix it don't leave your work for someone else to do. Also, he was referring to the kitchen walls but not where he was working. As well as he didn't clean or take the trash out with him.

I've had R.L. Thompson out a few times: 1st) to upgrade my main box from 100 to 200 amp, 2nd) to set up my main box and add an exterior plug for a 50amp generator, and 3rd) to add some new ceiling lights and redo wiring for a ceiling fan. I called and it happened to work out for Brandon to come out and look at it the same day. By the end of the week, he showed up to do the work. He was professional. The old wiring was a challenge and he spent the time needed to figure it out instead of further exacerbating the issue. Now the ceiling fan which was loud is now functioning well. A job well done! Thanks again to their team! I will call them again when I need electrical work.

I have been a recurring costumer for about 35 years. I just had the occasion to use their services again. Small job but Chase was here in lees than two hours from the time I called. Aside from a quick clean and reasonably priced job, Chase was delight to have around. Very personable, educated me about my electrical issue. We even shared personal stories. It was as if he was a long lost friend. I am not surprised all I see ie 5 star reviews here. Classic operation, unparalleled service for as long as in have used them.

RL Thompson Electric put 3 new circuits for us. The price was very reasonable and the turn around was very quick. Ben and Jacob did a great job. Their install went quickly and they cleaned up thoroughly.

Initially I had scheduled R L Thompson to come out and provide an estimate for some additional outlets that I needed intalled in my house. Coincidentally, a few days before my appointment, we had an entire circuit go out in the house so I called to have them combine a service call with my estimate appointment. The dispatcher arranged to have an electrician come out as soon as possible to take care of all of our needs, both the repair and estimate at the same time. The electricians were super friendly and efficient, the estimate was provided quickly and the price was very reasonable. We did move forward with the original wiring job and their install was very clean and professional. I have absolutely no complaints about this company, their customer service was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend R L Thompson Electric for any electrical needs you may have.

Just amazing. Initially contacted as we had lost electricity for part of the house so we needed a repair job. I then talked to John about other repairs/installations I wanted (ceiling fans/lights in the bedrooms, kitchen lighting, re-running cables, new dining light fixture, and more). Janette, best receptionist/secretary/not sure of all her roles, was super friendly. I received my estimate right away. Told me what I needed to do before they could come and do the work, gave me some pointers, and got me in the books. John and the other guy (sorry I don't remember your name!!) came right on the dot of the day of the install and got everything done. I'm loving everything they did. I am a super satisfied customer, would recommend them and will definitely use them for future electrical work. Thanks guys!
