Made sure I clearly understood ever step, remained pleasant start to finish..( thanks for being patient with me lol, ) and taking time to answer all my questions, and show me the issues that needs attention/repaired. Skylar and Harmony made a new friend . Shaun and John were great too.. It was nice change to actually have techs that love their job and genuinely care about the homeowners having the best possible service and prices. . When I was looking for a company, I noticed that Anthony provides 24/7 service and has the highest reviews. I called on Sunday to set up an appointment for a free assessment and quote for service, which was scheduled for Monday afternoon. I was given a three hour window and Erik called ahead with his ETA, arrived promptly, assessed my 30+ year old system and confirmed the need for replacement. He was able to provide me with a few different reasonable options for exactly what I needed. He knew the availability options for installation, which worked with my schedule and the earliest was next day. My entire experience with the company was 48 hours and I now have a fully functioning system and peace of mind going into the cold season. Erik also helped me set up financing in the most efficient way. He is an excellent sale’s rep and very professional pleasant person. Oh and Erik was wearing nice shoes, which he respectfully offered to cover with booties while in my home. 10/10 recommend.

The team from Anthony's that replaced our main house electrical panel were fantastic. Matt, Joe and Malaki were great and their customer service was over the top. They ensured that all of the things (lights, dishwasher, ceiling fans, etc. were all working properly before leaving for the day. It is true - you can trust Anthony with your house keys! This replacement took a weight off of my shoulders and knowing Anthony is there for us, makes things so much easier and less stressful.

I had a sewer back-up on a Saturday morning and Googled for sewer services and found Anthony PHCE. Boy, am I glad I found them! They were able to come that very afternoon and cleared the clog straight away! The price was VERY reasonable. The service came with a follow-up complementary camera examination. I knew from previous clogs cleared by another company I had tree roots in the line. The camera examination revealed two breaks in the service line where the roots were entering. At my request, Anthony dug where the breaks were and repaired the sewer line. They were VERY professional and conscientious of their work and left the lawn in very good condition considering the extent of the repair. All I had to do was smooth the surface and sew some grass seed. While the repair was not cheap, I feel it was a reasonable price for the work and expertise. I would DEFINITLY RECOMMEND Anthony PHCE!

Mason L. did a fantastic job with our shower plumbing. He saved us money over a more complicated route to get the same result. We will ask for Mason for future repairs if he is available. Our hot water heater was not working in the morning. From the first call the process was smooth. Justin showed up an hour later, on time. Communication from was great. Justin did an outstanding job of replacing our water heater from start to finish. He explained all of the options the costs associated with doing certain repairs and made great recommendations. His level of customer service was great and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing or other repairs you need!

I am amazed and grateful for the excellent service provided by Trevor and the entire team who installed our new HVAC system. They arrived on time, took extra care to keep our home clean and damage-free, were professional, personable, and polite, explained the process before, during, and after the installation. Trevor should be highly commended for a job well done.
