Just In Case did an amazing and efficient job at our house today! We’ve engaged them in electrical work so far but Nick and Justin can help with almost any project around your home or business! Nick is thorough, respectful, funny and good! Justin immediately instills confidence that the job will be done right. They showed up on time and worked quickly. Highly recommended!!!

Derrick installed a new pump for my washer to discharge into. Because he was here before, he was able to install the pump quickly. I also had a new fan put in my bathroom. Adrian and Nick worked on that project. There were a few problems with the wiring in the attic so they will be back. These guys worked well together as a team with one in the attic and the other person in the bathroom/breaker box. Very Professional.

Justin is fantastic! He responds quickly, is professional, and only recommends what we actually need. I can't imagine calling anyone else! Recently, my husband had trouble replacing some leaky piping behind our shower head. He called, Justin for advice who stopped by for a few minutes to check on my husband's work and give him a few tips to make it a tight seal. That's just who he is - amazing customer service!

Just in Case replaced our sewer line recently. Our house is old, and as with most old houses, there were some unexpected issues to work around, but Justin was able to problem-solve things. It meant more work to do things correctly so we would not be up against sewer line issues again in the future. I appreciate that Justin and Ian were able to fix things to work until the more complete fix could be completed a few days later. He and his team (Ian and Grant) worked long hours to get the work done. They communicated with us through the process, were conscientious, kind, and even dealt well with our goofy dog who is relentless (and very annoying) in her efforts to get attention. The cost was more than fair, and Justin handled communication with our insurance adjuster after I did the initial claim. What else can you ask for? Highly recommend JIC.

Great fast reliable service. My technician Nick gave great communication before he arrived. He was courteous and very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining my issue with my HVAC system. He explained the problem in a way that I could clearly understand. This was my first time using Just In Case, and I definitely will be using them from now on.
