The experience that I have had with this company has been remarkable. I enjoyed the phone call, the service, just everything. They are awesome at letting you know if they will be running a little late. They are very professional, prompt, and give high quality service. Brandon and Mark have been such a pleasure to do business with! Every time I call th they usually come same day which is very much so appreciated with how hot it's been! Don't take my word for it trying them out yourself!

Brandon was absolutely the best! I called, he came out same day, was very informative, honest and upfront, got my heat working on a cold December evening. Would definitely recommend!

Edit June 2025: my AC went out this week and I called CJ right away. After telling me they would look at the schedule and return my call or text, they would not. Then I heard from a friend that I had made a personal recommendation to that they were having the same, non-responsive experience. What's going on, y'all?

Hey just wanted to say thanks again Brandon. Finally getting my Heat/AC going after the last contractor got my the first payment and went MIA. I was hesitant but Brandon is a man of his word JUST LIKE ME. Very friendly and professional. My number one HVAC guy hands down.

Needed help in Little Rock finding a compressor late on a Friday night. While Brandon couldn’t help magically make a compressor appear out of thin air, he helped me diagnose the exact compressor I needed, it’s generic alternative, options for keeping cool over the weekend and so much more. I tried several AC companies due to the outside unit not kicking on. Unfortunately, we discovered the issue right as we were about to leave for vacation. When I called Cracker Jack Air Pros they had immediate availability. Brandon Stow was the technician and provided the best Heat/Air service I've ever received. He explained everything he did, took pictures, showed diagnostic stats, and used newer tools that provided readings both outside/inside simultaneously. He also mentioned Cracker Jack is 24/7 and doesn't charge additional amounts for weekends. I really liked that he did not press for me to signup for a yearly service plan. I'm very happy with this company and will definitely continue to use their service. At 3pm we realized our AC was having an issue and by 4:30pm it was repaired.... Great Job Brandon and sorry if that set the bar too high for everyone else reading this!

Cracker Jack is an awesome company. I called this morning they were at my house by 12. Brandon Stowe is the best. He explained everything to me so I could understand it. He was very polite, respectable, and did his job very well. David was also here to help with the job, and everything went great. I will recommend Cracker Jack to any and everyone I know.
