Joe Rushing Plumbing was great from start to finish. Austin and Cole arrived on time, they were polite and very courteous, and explained everything clearly. I was impressed by how professional and reliable they were—everything was done quickly and efficiently. The price was competitive and fair for the HVAC service and water heater repair they performed. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing or heating needs.

Joe Rushing plumbing is awesome. Robb and Aaron came out and replaced our toilet and did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and were in and out fairly quickly. Overall we are very impressed with Joe Rushing service and have been using them for years. No complaints with them at all, from setting up the appointment and through the end of the job.

Drew and Cole did great work repairing my hot water heater and replacing my AC/Htr thermostat. They went out of their way to give me excellent pricing by installing a universal thermostat instead of the VERY pricey name brand. They were friendly and professional. Office staff was also friendly and helpful.

The service man that arrived (on time) to our house (Robb) was very courteous, professional, informative. Robb was finished a LOT quicker than we expected, considering he was working on a 53 year old fixture. He had it repaired and the water back on in a very short time. Robb assessed the "situation" first and gave us an estimate before he ever started the repairs (which was greatly appreciated). He was absolutely honest and forthcoming about what services would be necessary to complete the repairs (including contingencies), and went right to it once we gave approval. He also explained services available regarding our water heater, which will extend the life of the water heater by reducing the effect od "hard" water we all contend with here on the high plains. We will definitely be calling Joe Rushing henceforth, and suggest to everybody they do the same. Thank Ya'll very much.
